ABSTRACT

This paper presents an in-depth analysis of Le Fort I maxillary surgery to bring the maxilla forward, widen the oropharynx and the bilateral mandibular high branch resection (BSSRO) to bring the lower jaw. anteriorly, widening the oropharynx. These surgeries widen the oropharyngeal airways, radically and stably solve the anatomical problem and significantly improve severe OSA, helping patients have a quality sleep.
